Requests, quotes and booking
A request does not guarantee availability. Starting prices apply only to standard cases and are not binding quotes. Scope, exclusions, availability and the full price must be confirmed before work is booked.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate property, access, parking, safety and service information. They must ensure lawful safe access and disclose relevant hazards. Preparation or aftercare requirements will be confirmed for each service.
Service delivery and liability
Services are delivered according to the agreed scope and applicable consumer law. Pest treatment outcomes can depend on conditions, preparation and follow-up. Nothing in these draft terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and complaints
Changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints follow the separately published draft policies and the final confirmed booking terms.
