Consumer cancellation rights
Applicable consumer cancellation rights will be explained in the final terms. If work is requested within a statutory cancellation period, a versioned early-start acknowledgement must be legally approved and recorded before reliance on it.
Refunds and charges
Refunds, charges for work already performed and any cancellation charges depend on the confirmed booking terms, service delivered and applicable law. The final published policy will specify the approved process.
